Sonoma Grande is a luxury apartment complex in Tulsa, OK. It is the latest of our website builds for Flournoy Properties of Columbus, GA.

Although we built the site upon the same structure as all current Flournoy Properties sites we have built, we made this design a little unique. Living in Oklahoma we have a good sense for the way of life and style of living. Most of the graphics for the site were supplied to us to match the current marketing material. We tried to portray the feeling of a comfortable place to live with style of modern elegance. My favorite style of design is a clean modern feel, with a touch of retro vintage… hence I was happy to incorporate the blue paisley background.

There are several great features about Sonoma Grande’s website:

• Integrated with Real Page/Crossfire online residents software. Residents can pay rent and bills, submit maintenance request, connect with other residents etc.
• Custom Google Maps API. Find directions to and from the property. Locate nearby restaurants, schools, grocery stores, places of worship and much more.
• Highslide Image Gallery
• Interactive floor plans and furniture arrangers to setup your apartment before you move in.

Client: Hello Cupcake

Hello cupcake was a fun site to build. It’s simple, clean, modern, and easy to navigate. First and foremost they are selling cupcakes, and the first thing a user needs to see when they hit the home page are some big, sweet cupcakes that are so irresistable you jump to the order page to order a quick dozen.

We also helped secure hellocupcake.com from a private domain owner. We launched the site as hellocupcake.tv, but after some monetary negotiations and 3 dozen cupcakes, hellocupcake.com is the new home.

Although simple in it’s design, this is one of our most commented on website 58X has done.

Dave Munson is the founder of SaddleBack Leather. Craftsman of the world’s finest leather laptop bags. I don’t know how I ran across Dave’s site over a year ago, but I was intrigues by his marketing technique, and of course his bags looked killer. Dave will sometimes go to the airport on Saturday, just to sit there with empty luggage waiting for people to ask about his leather bags. He has taken his bags underwater scuba diving, tied them to sticks and let crocodiles bite at them, and even trekked the sands of the Sahara just to test their durability.

Like all good things they aren’t cheap. Ask Dave why, and he’ll be happy to tell you about the years living in Mexico with his dog Blue, eating dollar tacos, living out his car all while searching the ends of Mexico for the best leather craftsman he could find.

It is truly leather of envy and admiration.

Client: The Home Depot / Granite 2 Go

Granite 2 Go offers affordable granite counter tops at affordable prices at your local Home Depot.

This is the website we did in part of a complete marketing package for the nationwide launch of Granite 2 Go products in Home Depot’s. The goal of the site was to make it look like a sister site to The Home Depot’s website. Color, content, pictures, verbage, typography….everything, and I mean EVERYTHING has to go through an approval process. Once a week we would attend a Granite 2 Go conference call to go over site updates, changes, and additions.

Client: North American Arms – Provo, Utah

North American Arms is a gun manufacturer from Provo, Utah. They manufacture a great line of sub-compact firearms including the world’s smallest .22 caliber mini revolver.

Their website hadn’t been updated in years and business was doing well so it was time to revamp their site. There are several keys features to this site…we wanted to keep a little bit of a rustic, outdoors feel, but still keep it clean and fresh. Couple of things they really wanted to keep: a rotating Javascript image gallery of their distributors, their message board so NAA gun owners can share stories, tips, questions etc., and Sandy’s Soapbox, a section of the site where Sandy Chisholm, NAA’s President, can post articles and blogs.

We made these 3 sections a key part of the site and easily accessible.

NAA is not alllowed to sell directly to customer. They have distributors and retailers that they sell to, thus their website is for informational purposes. This played a key part in the design, as if the point of the site was to sell product we would have structured it differently to cater for e-commerce sales.

Client: Ricardo Music

Ricardo is an Atlanta based worship leader and Christian recording artist. Ricardo is known nationally and internationally as a singer and notable song writer, with such songs as, I Call Your Name, topping the inspirational radio charts at #3. Ricardo recently joined Pastor Jentezen Franklin at Free Chapel Worship Center both in Gainesville, Georgia, and Irvine, California, as the Minister of Music, and has partnered with a broad range of internationally acclaimed worship leaders such as Israel and New Breed, Darlene Zschech, Martha Munizzi, Mac Powell, Salvador, New Song, Jaci Velasquez, and many more.

This is one of most unique designs and we did a lot of different things to his site. For one, if you really look at his site, it’s only 1 page. What we have is an Ajax driven page system that loads page windows from the left side of the screen when the menu/navigation links are clicked. We also integrate a dynamic music player, photo album and media center.

Another great feature of this site is the custom YouTube video playlist. We have it setup so Ricardo can keep his fan connected on the go. With some of YouTube’s great new features you can upload video’s on the go via email or MMS. What does this mean? Ricardo could be backstage of one of his concerts, record a video on his mobile phone, attach it to an email address that will automatically populate it on his website. Instant connection for his fans.
